True2You Merchandise Refund/Exchange Policy

Our goal at True2You is to ensure a superior Guest Experience by providing excellent product quality and surpassing guest expectations. If for any reason your experience with a product does not meet your expectations, please contact True2You within 10 days of your purchase date according to the following guidelines.

Guests

Merchandise that is shipped in error or damaged in route must be returned immediately to True2You, LLC for a merchandise credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt. To initiate the return, the customer must contact True2You at info@true2you.shop with subject title: Return, to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number, form and a return label, where applicable. Once the returned merchandise has been received, a direct replacement of the identical product or merchandise credit will be sent to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed on the original form of payment. Merchandise that has been used or worn, no longer has the original packaging, was ordered in error, or broken and/or tarnished due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

Merchandise returned after the 10 day exchange policy will be subject to individual review. Upon further review of your circumstances by True2You and if the conditions of this Merchandise Exchange Policy are otherwise satisfied, at our sole discretion, we may provide you with a gift certificate in lieu of a Product Exchange or Refund. Original art is sent directly through our UPS shipping partnership, any damages would need to be handled through the UPS shipping company. Contact our info@true2you.shop with subject title: Damage and our compliance personnel will contact you directly within 48 hours.
