What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our services (\”Service Providers\”), to provide services on our behalf, to perform service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our services are used.

  • Carriers: True2You, LLC will provide your name and address to companies which provide a delivery service between True2You, LLC and its guests as a means of delivering our products to you as quickly as possible.
  • Financial Institutions: True2You, LLC will provide financial institutions with your payment information, name, address, and phone number in order to process any orders placed by you and complete payment of the transaction to True2You, LLC.
  • Logistics: True2You, LLC will provide your name, address, and phone number to those entities or people within our network of distribution in order to process and ship your orders with speed and accuracy.

 

Notwithstanding any other provision of this notice or the Terms and Conditions of Use to the contrary, we reserve the right to disclose and use your personally identifying information if we believe that we are required to do so: (a) by law; (b) in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena; (c) in response to a law enforcement agency’s request; (d) to enforce our other terms, conditions, or policies; (e) to protect our operations; (f) to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of True2You, LLC , you or others; and/or (g) to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages we may sustain. For example, we may to the fullest extent the law allows, disclose personally identifying information about you to law enforcement agencies to assist them in identifying individuals who have been or may be engaged in unlawful activities.

Because non-personally identifying information does not personally identify you, we reserve the right to use said information, and to disclose said information to third parties, for any purpose.

Children\’s Privacy

True2You, LLC and its services do not apply to anyone under the age of 18 (\”Children\”), not forsaking the implementation of a True2You, Young Entrepreneur Program in future. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child(ren) has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data
from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps immediately to remove that information from our servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice through our Marketing Applications, prior to the change becoming effective and update the \”effective date\” at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Trademarks and Copyrights

All text, graphics, images, hyperlinks, audiovisual or other content (the “Material”) from our Marketing Applications are considered property of True2You, LLC and unauthorized use of such Material is strictly prohibited. Such Materials and other content on our Marketing Applications are protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws and is for exclusive use by True2You, LLC only.

No Material or other Intellectual Property from our Marketing Applications may be uploaded, posted, copied, reproduced, distributed or republished in any way. No portion of our Marketing Applications may be copied, sold, reproduced, duplicated, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by True2You, LLC. We reserve the right to cancel orders, and/or refuse services at our sole and absolute discretion if we believe that a customer violates applicable law or acts in a way that is harmful to our interests. 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, no representation is made on our Marketing Applications that should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Materials or underlying Intellectual Property displayed on our Marketing Applications.

Online Purchases
Credit card/Pay Pal information and numbers entered by customers or True Partners are encrypted before transmission to our credit card processing service. If the item amount and dollar volume of the purchase is authorized, the order is processed and forwarded to our processing service for completion. Transactions completed online through the shopping carts on our Marketing Applications are secured by an online industry standard (SSL) ‐ A 128‐bit Secure Socket Layer. The True2You, LLC does not receive credit card number information via telephone. As an extra precaution for your protection, we do not include credit card information in any email correspondence related to purchases.

All orders will ship within 14-business days following date of order.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE2YOU, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR MARKETING APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CHANGES TO OR TERMINATION OF SAID APPLICATIONS. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITATIONS ON THE COMPANY\’S LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY WHETHER FOR BREACH OR REPUDIATION OF CONTRACT, OR WHETHER IN TORT, CIVIL LIABILITY BY WAY OF NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. 

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILLINGLY AGREE THAT YOU HAVE RELINQUISHED YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK THESE DAMAGES FROM TRUE2YOU, LLC AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK. THIS PROVISION DOES NOT APPLY TO NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS OR RESIDENTS OF ANY OTHER JURISDICTION WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
